Using the service
You may use Matchday Studio to create lawful football-media graphics. You are responsible for the accuracy of match information and for securing permission to use club logos, sponsor marks, photographs and other uploaded assets.
Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful, malicious or infringing material; attempt to access another account; disrupt exports; evade plan limits; or misrepresent affiliation with a club, competition or broadcaster.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are sold as 30 days of prepaid access through PayPal or an eligible debit or credit card. They do not renew automatically. The exact price, access period and plan limits are shown before payment. Verified refunds or reversals may end the related paid access. When billing is unavailable, the Free plan remains usable.
AI tools
AI captions and backgrounds are optional assistive tools. Review every result before publishing. You remain responsible for accuracy, rights clearance and appropriate use. AI generation limits are shown with each plan and generated output is not guaranteed to be unique.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Football Vows owns the application, original templates and product branding. A subscription gives you permission to export and use completed graphics for your club or clients.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable but may change or suspend features for maintenance, security or legal reasons. The MVP is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Termination
Accounts may be disabled for abuse, security risk, payment failure or repeated infringement. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
