What we collect
We collect the minimum information required to run your account: your sign-in email, display name, saved club brand details, project content, uploaded assets, export records and subscription status.
How we use it
Your information is used to authenticate you, save your designs, enforce plan limits, process billing and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded football assets to train models.
Your club assets
Logos, sponsor marks and player photographs remain private to the owning account. Asset access requires an authenticated ownership check. You must have permission to upload and use every asset.
Storage and retention
Projects and file metadata remain available until deletion. Project deletion is recoverable for a limited period where practical. Account-deletion requests remove or anonymize personal data after required billing and security retention periods.
Your choices
You may update your profile, remove projects and request account deletion from Settings. Contact the site owner for access, correction or deletion questions.
Security
We use server-side authorization, private asset paths, upload validation, signed billing events and minimal security logs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate for this product.
